===== Report a Data Issue =====

If you find incorrect or missing data for a specific drug, the easiest way to report it is from the [[ndc-lookup:product-detail|product detail]] screen. Tap **Report an Issue** at the bottom of the page — this opens an email with the product name and NDC pre-filled so we can investigate quickly.
